Located near the renowned Kitano Ijinkan district, the Kobe Yamamoto-Dori Parking Lot frequently experiences high traffic, especially during weekends and peak tourist seasons. Traditional cash-based payment methods and the inability to process new banknotes have previously led to inefficiencies and customer inconvenience. To address these challenges, Tri well Corporation collaborated with UrbanChain Group to implement a comprehensive smart parking solution aimed at enhancing user convenience and operational efficiency.

The newly installed system features AI cameras that achieve a license plate recognition accuracy exceeding 99.5%, enabling ticketless and barrier-free entry and exit. Users can register their vehicle information and payment methods via the dedicated web application, "UrbanPass," allowing for automatic billing upon each use. Additionally, the system supports cashless payments through on-site kiosk and QR code-based transactions for unregistered users.

For parking operators, the "UrbanPortal" management platform offers remote monitoring, management, and data analysis capabilities. This facilitates efficient operations, enhances user experience, and contributes to maximizing parking revenue.
