The solution is managed through UrbanPortal, UrbanChain Group’s centralized operating platform, giving the operator real-time visibility into vehicle activity, payments, parking records and site performance. Drivers can also access a white-labeled web app, UrbanPass, available at getparked.urbanpass.world, enabling a more convenient digital parking journey without the need for complex hardware or a dedicated app download.
