UrbanChain Group Presents Its Role as a Bridge Between Real Estate, Mobility, Government and Physical Retail Across Two Key Markets
12 June 2026
UrbanChain Group participated in two major Urban Land Institute events across its key strategic markets: the ULI West Palm Beach Development & Investment Forum in Florida, United States, and the ULI Japan Spring Conference in Tokyo, Japan.
The ULI West Palm Beach Development & Investment Forum brought together leading real estate, land use, investment, public-sector and business professionals to discuss the future of development, urban growth and investment opportunities in South Florida. UrbanChain Group’s participation further strengthened its presence in the U.S. market, where the company continues to expand its smart parking, mobility and connected real estate solutions.

In Japan, Vitaly, CEO and Founder of UrbanChain Group, presented the company’s vision at the ULI Japan forum. He shared how UrbanChain Group acts as a bridge between real estate, mobility, government and physical retail, helping each stakeholder create value through its in-house white-label software and hardware platform. The company’s solutions are designed to support parking operators, property owners, mobility providers, retailers and public-sector partners by improving access, payments, data visibility, operational efficiency and customer experience.
UrbanChain Group also introduced how its platform has evolved into a more intelligent, semi-agentic operating system for connected real estate and mobility. Through UrbanPortal, UrbanPass, AI camera systems, payment infrastructure and automated operational workflows, the company enables physical assets such as parking lots, commercial properties and mobility hubs to become smarter, more automated and more profitable.

UrbanChain Group’s participation in both the U.S. and Japan events reflects the company’s continued focus on these two core markets. So far UCG deployed several projects in Florida and California in the United States, and 7 cities in Japan.

Both countries remain essential to UrbanChain Group’s global strategy, offering strong demand for smart mobility infrastructure, real estate technology, parking transformation and AI-driven urban operations.
During the events, UrbanChain Group connected with representatives from leading organizations across both markets, including major real estate developers, investors, operators, engineering companies, retailers, hospitality groups and technology partners. These engagements are expected to support new follow-ups, partnerships and commercial opportunities for the company’s U.S. and Japan teams.
UrbanChain Group extends its appreciation to the Urban Land Institute for organizing high-quality forums that bring together the real estate and urban innovation communities. The company also thanks the moderators, organizers, speakers and participants who contributed to productive discussions on the future of cities, property markets, mobility and technology.
As cities continue to evolve, UrbanChain Group remains committed to helping real estate owners, mobility operators, governments and physical retailers unlock new value from underutilized spaces and create more seamless, data-driven urban experiences.
